I’ve created this blog with a few things in mind.

To jot down my personal thoughts, my days, my experiences and my advice to other young, new moms.

To show you that baby food does not have to be bought, but can be easily made so that you can provide the best nutrition for your baba.

To share some cool baby stimulation activities so that you can stimulate your baby so that he or she can grow and develop to the best of their ability.

I also make fitness smoothies and thought I might as well share too because you need to be healthy and full of energy to raise your little one as best you can.

Please remember that all babies are different and that in the end it is SO IMPORTANT that you trust your gut instinct above anyone else’s advice because you are a mommy and you know what’s best for your little one!
